Coming up next month are two key European trade shows, Ambiente Frankfurt and Spring Fair International in Birmingham. The latest issue of TI carries show previews for both shows, which take up the bulk of editorial space in this bumper issue.

We spoke to Ambiente's Dining Director Thomas Kastl and VP of Ambiente Nicolette Naumann to view their updates on what to look out for in Ambiente 2011.
