It’s all kicking off in Chicago

This weekend the International Home & Housewares Show 2011 starts in Chicago. 

Running since 1939, the show has a longstanding reputation for showcasing the best in market-driven houseware products, design and trends.

The 2011 edition of the show (running from 6th- 8th March) will again feature over 2000 exhibitors from all over the world, and in previous years has been known to attract 60’000 professional attendees from over 100 different countries.

The main show sectors are ‘Clean + Contain’, Wired & Well’ and of course ‘Dine + Design’ which  is of particular relevance to the Tableware sector.

With an increasing focus on product design, the Show features the entire product lines of North America’s leading brands, product suppliers and designers — not just the products pre-selected for export markets displayed at non-U.S. shows. Buyers have a chance to find new products and product lines that are not yet available in other markets.
