Two down at Canton, one to go


Phase's one and two of the Canton Fair are now complete, as the show now progresses into its third phase.

This year sees the show in its 110th session as the China Import and Export Fair, understood to be one of the biggest of its kind in the world.

The fair has served in its 55-year history to be the tie in trade between China and the outside world, and has become a prime platform for Chinese enterprise to expand their international market.

This time around as a reflection of the current trading climate, the show has been focused on enhancing the build-up of export brands, optimizing the exhibitors structure and quality, maintain the exhibition order and importing the service quality provided by the show.

The exhibition phase and section arrangement of the latest session of the Canton Fair remained the same as that of the 109th session. With an exhibition area of 1.16 million square meters, this session has 58,714 exhibition stands, an increase of 15 compared with that of the last session, attracting 24,231 exhibiting enterprises from both home and abroad.


Starting off on Monday will be phase 3 of the show, which follows Phases 1 and 2 over previous weeks. Phase 3 loses on 4th November 2011.
