Shake up at Spring Fair

Are you at the NEC today? Use the shows new smart phone app to find your way round

It all kicks off again yesterday with Dining returning to its historical home in Hall 1 at the UK's flagship trade show, Spring Fair International.

Even the most seasoned buyers at Spring Far will need to take a fresh look as they take to the Halls from this Sunday, as the Birmingham based trade show has been transformed, edited and reshuffled.

The show has undergone the change to encourage clearer product zoning and an overall more visitor friendly experience. As a whole, the show is intended to now resemble more than ever a department store, where each product category will have a distinctive 'show within a show' feel.

The show has also launched a new smartphone app - available on Apple iphones / ipads, blackberry and Android phones which is free to download and support visitors in navigating the shows halls.

Kitchen and Dining has been re-homed back into Hall 1 of the NEC, and visitors are also expected to note an influx of design-led product on the show floor. The show also sees a number of international exhibitors including Ghidini Cipriano from Italy, Gerbera from Sweden, and Modern Twist from Luxemburg, as well as a number of new companies to the design - led lifestyle section including Keep Cup, Montsoreau, Loveramics, and Junction Eighteen with its funky Salt & Pepper Brand.

They will join the shows existing international exhibitors and market leaders in Kitchen and Housewares including Denby, WWRD, Portmeirion, and Villeroy and Boch, to name a few.
