The summer edition of Home & Gift Harrogate will celebrate first-time brands, never-seen-before lines and fresh content

Tens of thousands of profit-enhancing new-season products are waiting to be discovered at the new-look Home & Gift Harrogate this summer.
Held 13-16 July, the show is perfectly timed at the start of the second buying season, giving retailers their first chance to pick their winning lines for Autumn/Winter.

Never-seen-before brands have been brought together in the sold-out Spotlight to showcase the trends of tomorrow. Over 100 up-and-coming designers will display a variety of unique, contemporary and innovative gifts, homeware, fashion accessories, greetings & stationery products and more. Found in Hall G within the Harrogate International Centre, brands secured include: Chase Me Charlie, Heather Alstead, Jessica Hogarth, Kick Ass Cushions, Lonetree Cards, martha and hepsie, Always Sparkle, Paperplay Designs, Rock the Custard, South Beach Designs, The Design Mould, White Leaf Jewellery and more.

2014 also welcomes the launch of the Best of British and Eco product showcases vetted by David Nicholls and Oliver Heath respectively. A new concept for Home & Gift, the showcases have been put together to help retailers easily source products that support the British economy and that support the environment.

“With retailers becoming more conscious of the impact of their sourcing decisions on the environment and the economy, we are very excited to announce the launch of these showcases” says show director Cleere Scamell.

The selected products will be showcased at the Cairn Hotel, and will also be available as part of a trail around the show. All exhibitors included in the trail will be displaying a sticker on their stands, to highlight their inclusion in the trail.

Cleere Scamell continues, “We understand that retailers are short on time when visiting our events, which is why we have decided to offer both a showcase and trail, to help retailers source environmentally responsible products, and products that support the British economy, quickly and effortlessly.”

Visitors to Home & Gift will also find a host brand new, established brands, throughout the show in every section, including the likes of: Mustard, Ty UK, Burgon & Ball, Luckies, Treaty Jewellery, Brakeburn, Manhattan Toys, Creative Tops, Karm Candles, Jessica Hogarth, Neviti, Orange Tree Toys, Rodgers & Rodgers, Kitchen Craft, Heather Alstead, Morgan Wright, Kikkerland and many more.
