At the upcoming NY NOW, set to take place August 21-24 at the Javits Convention Center, Carrol Boyes will present five new additions to its Iconic Collection Curated for your Home.
Carrol Boyes is renowned for its functional art, combining sculptural form with utilitarian items in metals, such as Pewter and aluminium. The Icon Collection embodies sculptural forms in the Carrol Boyes range, which are iconic in scale and sculpted by hand and express Carrol Boyes signature style.
These pieces are museum quality works of art with a utilitarian purpose. This duality always exists, they are created to be displayed and used. The designs epitomise the Carrol Boyes core philosophy – creating functional art for everyday use.
At this year’s NY NOW, Carrol Boyes will be introducing five exciting new additions to its Iconic Collection Curated for your Home. The platter – at arm’s length is a multi-functional platter, which takes the human form to new lengths; the large muse salad bowl is a satisfying rounded bowl with a generous capacity; the hold all bud vase delivers a curvy shape; the look sharp knife block holder ensures knives, from smallest to largest, are kept sharp and conveniently close at hand; and the just waiting holder is a versatile sculptural piece that can be used as a wine or champagne stand or a serving bowl for salads and snacks.
