Rudigier & Partner takes over Arzberg

A corporate group has bought out German porcelain brand Arzberg Porzellan, as of September 1st of this year.

Rudigier and Partner GmbH from Salzburg, Austria, have taken over the company as the main shareholder.

The long terms plan for the new owners is to sit the porcelain brand in a portfolio of likeminded focused lifestyle and brand companies. Brands in the consumer good industry in which it holds the majority of shares are to be invested in exclusively.

As an independent company at the location Schirnding, Arzberg-Porzellan GmbH will continue to push forward with expanding and internationalising the Arzberg brand.

Building on the high quality of the 'Made in Germany' products, the Rudigier & Partner GmbH corporate group - and therefore the further development of the brand and the retention of the location in Schirnding with its 230 employees - is therefore guaranteed.
