bira members to do Irish retail tour
The British Independent Retailers Associatioin (bira) will take a fresh look at retail with a trip to Dublin in October
Following the success of the 2014 Retail Study Tours, the British Independent Retailers Association (bira) will be heading to the Emerald Isle to explore the delights of Dublin in an inspiring and informative trip for members from 11 to 16 October.
From the stylish eateries and stores on Grafton Street to Ireland’s oldest shopping arcade - George’s Street Arcade, retailers will be able to explore what makes Irish retailing a success and learn first-hand what it is like to have a shop in a tourist haven.
These valuable insights will give delegates a fresh look at retail, ideas for their own business and unforgettable memories in a beautiful city.
bira Events Manager, Paulina Swiech, commented: "Dublin has long been cited as one of the independent retailing hotspots in Europe, with its very distinct shopping districts and bijou arcades, all close enough together to be explored on foot.”
