Claude Dozorme targets professionals

French cutlers Coutellerie Claude Dozorme is setting its sights on the HoReCa segment with the launch of a new catalogue 

Founded in 1902 and located near Thiers, family cutlers Coutellerie Claude Dozorme is taking its expertise and craftsmanship in the production of knives into the world of hospitality.

Earlier this year, the cutlery manufacturer, which makes 17,000 knives a year, enriched its communications with a brand-new catalogue aimed at Cafe, Hotel and Restaurant professionals. This new HoReCa-focused publication traces the history and know-how of the century-old brand, and also presents the collections.

New photos have been taken for the catalogue, delivering a rich, table / knife universe with plenty of inspiration. 

Claude Dozorme has an entirely French-made production, with 40 per cent of its production exported.
