LSA unveils its AW 2017 collections

Contemporary design meets expert craftsmanship with LSA International’s Autumn/Winter 2017 collections

LSA International’s Autumn/Winter 2017 range epitomises the London-based brand’s signature combination of contemporary design and expert craftsmanship. Refined shapes, natural wood, graphic motifs and fabric-inspired finishes characterise these latest collections.

It’s this considered approach which continues to be recognised by the design community, confirmed by LSA International’s recent successes at the iF, Good Design and DesignPlus awards.

Leading the way in this new season is LSA International’s WINE CULTURE (pictured) – for the discerning consumer who appreciates the subtle nuances of modern design. Handmade from the highest quality materials, this new series is defined by elegant proportions and refined, contemporary shapes. Not only that, but each hand-finished item is presented in a new style of premium packaging to further enhance the CULTURE experience.

Continuing to incorporate mixed materials into the new season, TATRA is inspired by the folk traditions of woodworking. Assorted patterns are carved into angular designs made from mouthblown glass and natural ash wood from FSC certified sources.

Metallic finishes feature prominently in LSA International’s Autumn/Winter 2017 range – as linear bands, colourful lustres and pearl iridescence. BANGLE offers a selection of glassware and porcelain in an assortment of subtle lustre colours – each with a handpainted gold band encircled around the middle.

SPACE is inspired by planets, rockets and clusters of stars – featuring handmade vases and candleholders with thick metallic bands around slanted necks.
These elegant metallic and lustre finishes are also present in collection extensions for Autumn/Winter 2017.

FLOWER & LIGHT METALLIC – a new range of mouthblown vases and lanterns in classic shapes from existing best-selling collections, individually handpainted with copper, gold and platinum decors.

DECO, POLKA and PEARL are also enhanced with new pieces for the upcoming season.

Demonstrating the transformational potential of handmade glass, LSA International’s new fabric-inspired vases push the boundaries of craftsmanship. Each piece in TAFFETA and YARN is one of a kind - individually shaped and finished by hand to echo spools of soft yarn and the subtle lustre of taffeta.

Meanwhile PLEAT’s textured vases and lanterns are inspired by the draping and gathering of pleated fabric.

Providing LSA International’s Autumn/Winter 2017 offering with a seasonal touch, ALPINE features picturesque alpine illustrations encircled around glass drinkware sets and decorative accessories.
