Robert Welch Designs wins two Good Design awards
Robert Welch Designs is pleased to announce that two of its products have won GOOD DESIGN™ 2013 awards from the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.
The winning products are the SIGNATURE Professional Knife Block and MOLTON cutlery.

The GOOD DESIGN™ awards have been in existence since 1950 and are considered to be the most prestigious global awards for new product design and graphics. For 2013, the Athenaeum received submissions from several thousand of the world’s leading industrial and graphic design companies. Robert Welch Designs has a history of success in the GOOD DESIGN™ awards winning in previous years with Signature salt and pepper mills, Signature kitchen utensils, the Signature ABS Knife Block and Facet and Bud cutlery.
The Signature Professional Knife Block was designed in-house by Paul deBretton Gordon and has also won the 2013 CHA Excellence in Housewares ‘Cutting Edge’ award.
Molton cutlery was designed in-house by Kit deBretton Gordon and has also won a red dot design award for 2013.
