Rosenthal among top German brands
Luxury brand Rosenthal comes out as best brand in Germany within Kitchen & Living according to new magazine study
The brand Rosenthal is being honoured with the German test seal ‘customers favourite 2015’ in silver and is one of the most popular brands in Germany due to the customers.
This is the result of a study “customers favourites 2015” made by the business magazine Focus Money in co-operation with the consulting institute ‘Faktenkontor’.
The survey judges 500 brands out of 45 business sectors and is with 1.1 million evaluated customer votes from social networks the greatest study for brand strength.
Rosenthal came off remarkably well in the individual categories quality and service and achieved the golden award as best brand within the sector “Kitchen & Living”.
“We are proud to be among the Top-Brands in Germany and are especially pleased about the good results for quality and service, two disciplines which are profoundly fixed in our brand DNA for many decades”, Gianluca Colonna, Chief Operating & Sales Officer Rosenthal GmbH explains.
This evaluation has been made for the second time in 2015 and is based on data from the Webmonitoring Tool Web Analyzer. By means of a semantic search it monitors, analyses and evaluates tens of thousands of online news and over one million social media sources.
Around about 21 million entries from 500 brands between January 1st, 2014 to 31st December 2014 have been analysed for this study. Besides service and quality the price and reputation of the brand have been evaluated.
The magazine Focus is reporting about the study in their current issue 34/2015. Rosenthal GmbH with its brands Rosenthal, Rosenthal meets Versace, Thomas and Hutschenreuther is among the leading porcelain producers around the globe.
