Spode reinvents winter
Iconic British tableware producer Spode delivers a fresh interpretation of classic Spode designs with its new Winter’s Scene collection
Effortlessly blending Spode’s heritage style with understated modern flair, Winter’s Scene is a graceful, charming and modern range.
With the majority of it made in the UK, the collection includes tableware and serving pieces featuring a beautifully intricate border inspired by Spode archive patterns. In addition, specially selected pieces are decorated with idyllic and nostalgic rural winter scenes.
The collection includes a dinner plate, side plate, tea plate, soup plate, cereal bowl, tea cup and saucer, pint jug, sauce boat and stand, mug and coaster and mug.
Founded by Josiah Spode in 1770, Spode positioned itself at the forefront of the ceramics industry with the introduction of under-glaze blue transfer printing. Acquired by Portmeirion Group in 2009, the Spode brand is synonymous with classic and elegant designs that are iconic and of the highest quality. It continues to be designed at its birth place, Stoke-on-Trent. For further information, visit www.spode.co.uk
