Tom Kerridge unveils dining range
Professional and TV chef Tom Kerridge has collaborated with The Great British Exchange to produce a range of Made In Britain kitchen and tableware products
Professional and TV chef Tom Kerridge, who owns two-Michelin-starred pub The Hand and Flowers in Marlow, made his Harrogate debut. The inspirational chef launched his new range of British-made premium cook and homeware in collaboration with The Great British Exchange.
Exclusively produced in conjunction with British manufacturers, the range, which includes knives, textiles, ceramics, wood, enamelware and pans, “provides retailers with an exceptional opportunity to share in the passion and heritage of British manufacturing”, says Matt Hopkins, managing director, The Great British Exchange.
Tom Kerridge says of the project: “I’m so proud to be a part of this incredible project encapsulating the helping to drive forward Great British manufacturing from all around the UK. Everybody involved have the same beliefs and understanding of what the products should represent. Quality, functionality, longevity, and above all else, British.”
The West Country chef, who is host of BBC’s Bake Off Crème de la Crème, was on hand to show retailers and buyers the range as well as sign copies of his book Tom’s Table.
Tom also sat down with managing director of The Great British Exchange, Matt Hopkins, for a case study as part of The Great Northern Retail Forum, where the pair told the story behind the new range.
